Social Responsibilities
Dacheng has always regarded the fulfillment of social responsibility as its own duty since its establishment 30 years ago, and has continuously practiced the concept of public welfare, actively participated in all kinds of pro bono work to fulfill the duties and missions of a law firm, which enjoys positive responses from the society. In 2012, Dacheng was honored with the "Capital Charity Award - Corporate Social Responsibility Award" issued by the Beijing Municipal People's Government, which is the highest award in the field of charity and public welfare in Beijing, fully reflecting Dacheng's commitment to shoulder social responsibilities as a large law firm.
On 30 October, 2023, CLECSS announced the winners of the Best ESG Law Firm Award in 2023, and Dacheng Law Firm was awarded the "Best for Social Good Award".
On the morning of October 16, 2023, the inauguration ceremony of the "Western China Lawyers Training Program" (Phase V) sponsored and established by the Beijing Legal Aid Foundation was held in Dacheng Law Offices. Zhang Xuebing, President of the Beijing Legal Aid Foundation; Zhou Kai, Deputy Director of the Lawyers' Office of Beijing Justice Bureau; Chen Qiang, Deputy Secretary General of Beijing Lawyers Association; members of the management of Dacheng Law Offices, representatives of the partners of 12 well-known law firms, and 59 lawyers from 12 provinces in western China and Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps attended the inauguration ceremony. The ceremony was presided over by Gao Lingchun, Secretary General of the Beijing Legal Aid Foundation.
On the afternoon of October 13, 2023, the donation contract signing ceremony of Dacheng Law Firms to support public legal service projects in ecological conservation areas was held at Dacheng's head office in Beijing.
